Debbie is a successful strategic marketing professional with over 10 years in-depth experience in international Business to Business (B2B) marketing at a Global & European level, primarily in the IT and Telecommunications Industry. She is a commercially astute Marketing Leader, who has developed, managed & implemented new Data, Digital & Integrated response driven marketing strategies & plans across Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) to deliver incremental business revenue. A forward thinker in measuring and seeking Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) improvement through embracing innovative technologies, such as Salesforce.com, behavioural based targeting & Marketing Performance Management systems. With broad based marketing communications expertise, key focus has ranged from internal Executive Stakeholder buy-in, key Client Relationship Marketing, Sales & Marketing alignment, Channel Marketing programmes to external Marketing campaigns targeting the European Enterprise market.

Debbie has worked in both a start up environment as well as large Corporates. Until recently, Debbie was responsible for the strategy, development and execution of a variety of on and off-line Integrated Direct Marketing campaigns across EMEA to drive $30m+ Enterprise revenues for Nortel, a global telecommunications company.

Debbie has recently been appointed Chair of the Institute of Direct Marketing Business to Business Advisory Council and is a regular Industry Conference speaker. She has recently returned from a career sabbatical overseas doing charity projects in Africa & Asia, followed by independent travel through China & the Americas. She has a passion for adrenaline activities and feels at home jumping out of a plane at 15,000ft! She has great energy and an entrepreneurial spirit to challenge the norm and effect change.
