2017 has been quite a year for us at Cyance. What a roller-coaster ride! A few dear team members got off, but a whole new bunch got on. And what a team we end the year with. We’ve all been on the steep and slow rise up the learning curve in one way or another, pulled together to get to the crest as quickly as we can, and as we progress into the New Year, we’re all ready for the speedy drop and exciting ride ahead. I love roller-coasters!
We end this year having released not just one product as planned, but two! The latest versions of Nexus and Contact Intel have been released and are ready to help you improve your marketing efforts in 2018 and beyond. And our efforts have not gone unnoticed by our peers, having been listed as a mature ABM vendor in the predictive marketing space, and more recently listed as one of the UK’s top B2B Martech companies, courtesy of B2B Marketing.
What a difference a year makes!
But we won’t be resting on our laurels. No the roller-coaster will continue as we strive to improve and bring even more increased value to our clients. We’ll hit a few bends in the track but the twists and turns are what makes working at Cyance exciting. And with the growing team of dedicated and awesomely brilliant minds in all areas of the business, we’ll power on through and keep on enjoying the ride.
I personally enter 2018 with a new role at Cyance. A new role that will bring its own challenges and learning curve. ‘Customer Success’ does what it says on the tin, makes our clients successful. And in turn, brings rewards back to everyone at Cyance. It’s a term I hadn’t heard of before it was offered. But there is a whole network of success related professionals out there who have provided a wealth of content and advice as I researched the role (before accepting of course!).
2018 is going to be exciting, but there’s no rest for the wicked (or the successful!). We have big growth plans for the year ahead, but the foundations are there, it’s now up to us to build on them.
Here’s to the end of a pretty hard but rewarding year, and to toasting in all that is new!
